After incorporating up to two rounds of feedback, we will finalize the proposal and organize all materials in a central repository. We will make sure that everything is ready to submit ahead of the application deadline.

  • If you need ongoing support for your grant applications, a retainer is the most flexible option. Retainers are perfect for organizations with recurring funding needs or who are seeking to build a steady grant pipeline.

    • Monthly updates with newly identified grant opportunities

    • Writing and submitting 1–2 small grants per month or applying the retainer toward larger grants

    • Ongoing collaboration to ensure applications are aligned with your goals

    PRICE: Starting at $3,000/month (minimum 3-month commitment)

Unfortunately, we cannot work on a payment-after-funding model. Grant writing requires a significant amount of upfront time, expertise, and effort, regardless of the grant’s outcome. Our fee structure is designed to ensure that we can allocate the necessary time and resources to craft your proposal.
